Fifteen species of cestode parasite were collected from intestine of Clarias batracus, at Latur, Maharashtra. They were stained with Harris haematoxylin for anatomical studies. The mature specimens were 4.973 in length and 0.446 – 1.607 in weadth. Head spatulate, narrow, neck medium. Testes oval, 850-900, ovary bilobed. Uterus tubular.
